Terms of Service
Effective: September 22, 2026
1. Service
DOBERTO HOST provides managed access to hosting resources provisioned through Pterodactyl. Plans include the RAM, CPU and disk limits shown at checkout and are billed for the displayed service period.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for using a valid email address, protecting your account and panel credentials, and keeping uploaded applications and dependencies secure. Do not share passwords or API keys publicly.
3. Payments and activation
Manual payments remain pending until DOBERTO HOST confirms the transaction. A server is activated only after payment confirmation. A payment reference may be required to verify a transaction.
4. Renewals and expiration
Hosting is provided for the billing period displayed with the plan. Customers should renew before the expiration date. Expired servers may be suspended until a renewal payment is confirmed.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, denial-of-service activity, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights. DOBERTO HOST may suspend or remove abusive services.
6. Availability
DOBERTO HOST works to keep infrastructure available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream providers, network incidents, software failures or abuse mitigation may affect availability.
7. Backups
Customers remain responsible for keeping independent copies of important files. Panel backup features may be offered, but they should not be treated as the only copy of critical data.
8. Changes and termination
These terms and service features may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page. Service may be terminated for non-payment, abuse, security risk or legal requirements.
These terms are an operational service policy and remain subject to applicable law.
